1Who we are
CPA Affiliation ("we", "us", "our") runs the website at cpaaffiliation.com, the partner portal and the CPA Affiliation partner program. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
You can contact us about privacy at support@cpaaffiliation.com.
2Information we collect
When you apply and use the portal:
- name, email address, phone number and company name;
- your login details (passwords are stored in hashed form by our authentication provider; we never see them);
- identity documents and details you upload for verification (KYC);
- your signed partner agreement and when you signed it;
- your USDT (TRC20) payout address and your payment and withdrawal history;
- messages you send us.
About your referrals: brokers share limited data with us so we can calculate commission, such as a client or account ID, country, sign-up date, first-deposit amount and qualification status. We do not receive clients' trading account passwords or payment card details.
When you visit the website: our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
3How we use it
- to review your application, verify your identity and approve your account;
- to run the portal, track your referrals and calculate your commission;
- to pay you and keep accurate financial records;
- to prevent fraud, duplicate accounts and abuse of the program;
- to contact you about your account, payments and changes to the program;
- to meet our legal and regulatory obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We use your data because we need it to provide the program you signed up for, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running a secure and fair program. Where the law requires consent, we will ask for it.
5International transfers
Our providers and partner brokers may process data in countries other than yours. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses, to keep your data protected.
6How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open. After it closes, we keep records we need for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and legal claims, normally for up to five years, then delete or anonymise them. Identity documents are kept only as long as needed for these purposes.
7Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to the database is controlled by row-level security rules, so partners can only see their own records, and identity documents are stored privately and opened only through short-lived links by authorised staff. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep it private.
9Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data, where we no longer need to keep it;
- object to or restrict some uses of your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email support@cpaaffiliation.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within the time the law requires.
10Children
The program is only for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and partners must not market to minors.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its date, and we will tell you about important changes by email or in the portal.
