Terms of Service

Last updated 1 November 2026

These terms explain how the CPA Affiliation partner program works, what we expect from partners and how commission is earned and paid. Please read them before you apply.

1About these terms

These terms govern your use of the CPA Affiliation website at cpaaffiliation.com, the partner portal and the CPA Affiliation partner program (together, the Services). The Services are run by CPA Affiliation ("we", "us", "our"). "You" and "partner" mean the person or business that registers for or uses the Services.

When you are approved as a partner you also sign the partner agreement inside the portal. That agreement forms part of these terms. If the two ever conflict, the signed partner agreement applies.

By creating an account or using the Services you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.

2What we do

CPA Affiliation connects partners (introducers, content creators, educators, communities and marketing businesses) with forex and CFD brokers. We give you tracked sign-up links for each partner broker and pay you a one-time commission (cost per acquisition, or CPA) when a client you refer opens an account and makes a qualifying first deposit.

We are not a broker. We do not open trading accounts, hold client money, execute trades or give investment advice. Every client account is opened directly with the broker and is governed by that broker's own terms, risk disclosures and regulation.

3Who can join

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • You must give accurate, complete details when you register and keep them up to date.
  • You must complete our identity checks (KYC) and sign the partner agreement before your account is approved.
  • You must not be located in, or promote from, a country where taking part in an affiliate program for financial products is against the law.

We decide whether to approve an application and may decline one without giving a reason. Each person or business may hold one partner account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secret and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away at support@cpaaffiliation.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

You must not share your account, sell it, or let anyone else use your partner code or links without our written consent.

5How commission works

You earn a one-time CPA for each qualified first deposit made by a client you referred through your own links. The amount depends on the broker and the size of the client's first deposit, as shown in the commission plan in your portal, or in a custom deal we have agreed with you in writing.

A referral only qualifies when all of the following are true:

  • the client signed up through your tracked link and the broker attributes the client to you;
  • the client is new to that broker and is not you, a relative, an employee or anyone acting for you;
  • the client passes the broker's own checks and meets the broker's qualification rules, such as a minimum deposit or minimum trading volume;
  • the client lives in a country the broker accepts and for which the broker pays CPA (see the Banned Countries page in your portal);
  • the referral is not fraudulent, duplicated, incentivised without our approval or otherwise in breach of these terms.

Brokers decide whether a client qualifies, and their tracking data is final. Commission shown in your portal stays pending until the broker confirms it.

We may change the commission plan at any time. Changes apply to clients who make their first deposit after the change. Custom deals stay in place for the period agreed in writing.

6Payments

  • Confirmed commission shows as available to withdraw in your portal. You can request a withdrawal at any time.
  • We pay in USDT on the Tron network (TRC20) to the address saved in your portal. We normally send payments within 7 business days of your request.
  • Check your address carefully. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, and we are not responsible for funds sent to an address you gave us.
  • We may hold a payment while we check it with a broker or look into suspected fraud or a breach of these terms.
  • If a broker reverses or claws back commission (for example after a chargeback, a duplicate account or fraud), we may deduct the same amount from your balance or future payments, or ask you to repay it.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, levies or reporting due on the commission you receive.

7How you may promote

You may promote the partner brokers through your own channels as long as you follow these rules and the laws of every country you market to. You must not:

  • promise or suggest guaranteed returns, risk-free trading or "get rich" outcomes;
  • give personal investment advice or manage money for clients;
  • leave out risk warnings, or present trading as suitable for everyone;
  • target people under 18 or residents of countries a broker does not accept;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages, or buy, scrape or rent contact lists;
  • bid on broker or CPA Affiliation brand names in paid search, or register look-alike domains, apps or social accounts;
  • pretend to be a broker, use a broker's logos or content without permission, or claim to be its official representative;
  • offer clients cash, gifts or rebates to sign up unless we have approved it in writing;
  • refer yourself, your own accounts or accounts you control.

We may ask you to change or remove any content that breaks these rules. Brokers can also set extra marketing rules, which we will share with you and which you must follow.

8Fraud and abuse

If we reasonably believe you have committed or helped with fraud, used fake or duplicate accounts, manipulated tracking, or seriously breached these terms, we may suspend your account, withhold and cancel unpaid commission linked to that activity, recover commission already paid and end your participation. Where the law requires it, we may report the matter to the relevant authorities and brokers.

9Risk warning

Trading forex, CFDs and other leveraged products is high risk. Clients can lose more than they deposit, and these products are not suitable for everyone.

Nothing on our website, in the portal or in our communications is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Partners must make sure their own audiences receive clear and balanced risk information.

10Our content and brand

The CPA Affiliation name, logo, website, portal and materials belong to us or our licensors. While you are an approved partner, you may use the links and materials we give you only to promote the partner program under these terms. That permission ends when your participation ends.

11Suspension and ending

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end your participation at any time, with or without notice, especially if you breach these terms.

When your participation ends, your links stop earning. We will pay any confirmed commission you earned before the end date, unless it is linked to fraud or a breach of these terms.

12Our liability

We provide the Services "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep tracking and the portal accurate and online, but we cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Brokers' tracking systems are outside our control.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or losses caused by brokers or other third parties. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the commission we paid you in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13Your responsibility to us

You agree to cover us for any claims, fines, losses and reasonable costs arising from your marketing, your breach of these terms or your breach of any law.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the portal. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where CPA Affiliation is registered. The courts of that country have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there. Before starting any formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue together.
